Smile Co., Ltd. Shines at the 15th National Academic Conference on Unshaped Refractory Materials
In the golden autumn of September, as osmanthus flowers filled the air with fragrance, and coinciding with the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the long-awaited "15th National Academic Conference on Unshaped Refractory Materials" was grandly opened on September 18, 2019, in Liuzhou, Guangxi. The conference was hosted by the Refractory Materials Branch of the Chinese Society for Metals, Sinosteel Luoyang Institute of Refractories, State Key Laboratory of Advanced Refractories, and Refractories Magazine. Over 400 representatives from the industry gathered together to engage in extensive exchanges and discussions on the technological developments, production, application, and construction progress of unshaped refractory materials in China over the past two years, as well as existing challenges. The conference continued to promote the development of unshaped refractory materials toward longer service life, functionalization, green development, and intelligence, jointly writing a new chapter in the development of unshaped refractory materials.
