According to the public notice released by the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology on November 24, in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Plan for the Cultivation Project of Hidden Champion Enterprises in Subdivided Sectors of Hubei's Pillar Industries" (E Jing Xin Chan Ye [2017] No. 103), and after preliminary review by local economic and information departments, evaluation by industry experts, and consultation with emergency management, ecological environment, and science and technology authorities, Hubei Smile New Materials Co., Ltd. has been preliminarily identified as a "Hidden Champion Tech Giant Enterprise" in subdivided sectors of pillar industries (fifth batch). This marks another significant breakthrough since the company was recognized as a "Hidden Champion Cultivation Enterprise" in Hubei's pillar industries (first batch) in 2017.

The Hidden Champion Enterprise initiative in Hubei is guided by the "Hubei Action Plan for China Manufacturing 2025" and the "Implementation Plan for the Cultivation Project of Hidden Champions in Subdivided Sectors of Hubei's Pillar Industries."
