Good News! Li Wen Honored with Huanggang City May Day Labor Medal
According to Document No. Huang Gong Fa [2022] No. 5 issued by the Huanggang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, titled "Decision on Commending the 2022 Huanggang May Day Labor Awards and Huanggang Model Workers' Pioneer Units," Li Wen, Manager of our company's Technical Department, has been awarded the Huanggang Municipal May Day Labor Medal.
As a technical professional at our company, Li Wen has always dedicated herself to the frontline of technology. After graduating from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 2014, she joined our company as a R&D engineer and was appointed Technical Manager in 2021. During her tenure, she has been primarily responsible for the company's technology R&D, technical center management, science and technology project applications, as well as leading and improving the quality management system. Li Wen maintains a rigorous, pragmatic, diligent, and dedicated work attitude. With her solid technical capabilities, she quickly became the core of the company's technical team. Under her leadership, the Technical Department has achieved breakthrough progress in R&D innovation and technology commercialization.
In recent years, the company has applied for 8 invention patents, with 3 granted; applied for 15 utility model patents, all of which have been granted; and published 8 technical papers. In terms of university-enterprise cooperation, through the company's innovative incubation-style project R&D model, Li Wen joined the innovation team jointly established by our company and Wuhan University of Science and Technology, collaborating to overcome multiple technical research projects and successfully completing their industrialization.
Li Wen holds herself to strict standards and continuously improves her capabilities. In April 2015, when the company began implementing the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, Li Wen obtained her internal auditor certificate through her own efforts. She was responsible for establishing the quality management system across six departments of the company. During annual internal and external audits, all departments demonstrated clear workflows, detailed and accurate process records, and reasonable and effective statistical analysis, successfully achieving quality management objectives each year.
Under the guidance of relevant personnel from the County Bureau of Science, Technology and Economic Information, as well as the County Association for Science and Technology, Comrade Li Wen has applied for various science and technology projects and honors, including National High-Tech Enterprise, Provincial Dual-Innovation Strategic Team, Provincial Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, Provincial Niche Sector Hidden Champion Technology Little Giant, and Provincial Sci-Tech New Species "Gazelle" Enterprise. This work requires not only familiarity with the company's overall development strategy, technical strength, and financial management, but also the ability to organize materials and conduct roadshows within tight deadlines—demanding tasks with high challenges.
Since transitioning to management, Li Wen has focused on building the technical team, leading by example and setting a positive role model. To enhance the team's professional level and work performance, the Technical Department organizes 2–3 training sessions monthly, covering professional knowledge, workplace writing, time management, and other areas. Through continuous thinking, discussion, and practice, all Technical Department members have significantly improved their capabilities and maintain high morale. Any difficulties are collectively discussed and resolved at regular meetings. In 2020, the Technical Department as a whole was honored with the title of Huanggang Model Workers' Pioneer Unit. Li Wen herself has also received multiple honors, including "Municipal Outstanding Party Affairs Worker," "County May 4th Youth Medal Recipient," "Development Zone's Most Beautiful Women's Federation Representative," and "Development Zone Outstanding Party Affairs Worker."
