Peng Xuehai, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Huanggang Association for Science and Technology, Visits Smile Co., Ltd. for Research and Inspection

On the afternoon of September 6, 2022, Peng Xuehai, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Huanggang Association for Science and Technology, Lu Guoming, Director of the Hong’an High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Wu Weihua, Chairman of the Hong’an County Association for Science and Technology, and other officials visited Smile Co., Ltd. They came to meet Chairman Liu Xuexin, a representative to the 10th National Congress of the China Association for Science and Technology, and to review the operation of the Expert Workstation.

Chairman Liu Xuexin briefed the visiting officials on the development of the Expert Workstation platform and its scientific research achievements. Chairman Peng expressed great satisfaction with the achievements made by Smile’s Expert Workstation. He said, “Hong’an County is my first stop since assuming office as Chairman of the Huanggang Association for Science and Technology, and Smile Co., Ltd. is the only representative selected for this survey of expert workstations. The establishment of Smile’s Expert Workstation has promoted the company’s innovation-driven development and serves as a typical example of integrating the innovation chain with the industrial chain. The municipal association will provide more resources to support innovative technology enterprises like Smile in becoming bigger and stronger.”

Smile’s Expert Workstation was established in 2019. Since its establishment, it has played an important role in project cooperation, commercialization of research results, innovation platform development, and joint talent cultivation. It has also supported the continued implementation of Smile’s strategy of “strengthening the enterprise through technology” and the smooth execution of its “incubation-based project R&D model,” thereby enhancing the company’s capacity for sustainable technological development.
