On September 15, 2025, Zhong Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Hong'an County Party Committee and Acting County Mayor, led a delegation to visit and conduct research at Hubei Smile New Material Co., Ltd. Accompanying them were Chen Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Director of the County Party Committee Office, and Lu Guoming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Hong'an High-tech Industrial Park. Liu Xuexin, Chairman of the company, received and briefed them on the work.

Liu Xuexin introduced the company's development history, core products, and operating conditions. Smile New Materials specializes in the research, development, and production of refractory alumina micro-powder. Its products are widely used in steel, cement, ceramics, and other industries, and have a good market reputation.

County Chief Zhong Lindai fully affirmed the achievements of the enterprise in the subdivided field and its contribution to the local economy, and inquired about the development difficulties with concern.
