According to the "Announcement on the Decision for the Third Batch of 2023 Innovation Tier Entry" issued by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), Smile Co., Ltd. was officially transferred from the Base Tier to the Innovation Tier on May 19, 2023. The adjustment from the Base Tier to the Innovation Tier for NEEQ-listed companies has stringent requirements regarding business performance indicators, corporate governance, and information disclosure.
